I designed two seasonal collections yearly: roughly 70-100 items/collection. The collections were made to match Icepeak colourful & fun design DNA, but with changing seasonal themes. Each collection consisted of data analysis of previous seasons sales, customer analysis, trend predictions, moodboards, colour & material choosing, pattern & print design, garment design, technical proto instructions, proto fitting & commenting and sales support materials. To design a commercial collection I had to combine the needs of the end-user, distributor and brand, as well as have a good understanding of the production process.
